Cecily Crowe
Ms. Crowe is a seasoned finance and audit executive with more than two decades of experience shaping global financial systems, governance structures, and risk frameworks across public and private sectors.
Ms. Crowe currently serves as Executive Director of Global Financial Operations at the Wildlife Conservation Society, overseeing global programming across 67 countries. She leads enterprise-level financial controls, internal audits, treasury operations, and compliance infrastructure with direct oversight of U.S. and international donors, including USAID, EU, and foundation funding.
Previously, Ms. Crowe was a Manager at KPMG and Grant Thornton, where she built and scaled internal audit programs, redesigned finance functions, and guided entity structuring for some of the world’s most complex NGOs and educational institutions. Ms. Crowe has delivered over 100 cross-border audit, tax, and compliance engagements and is fluent in navigating high-risk, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Ms. Crowe holds a Master of Accountancy from Rutgers and lives in New York.
