Mr. Beyer is a seasoned executive and philanthropist with more than three decades of experience in the financial sector, specializing in equity capital markets. He currently serves as the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of The Bridge Foundation for Student Athletes, where he is dedicated to supporting student athletes in both their academic and athletic endeavors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Beyer has held significant leadership positions at major financial institutions. He held senior roles in the Equity Capital Markets business at Wells Fargo from 2005 until 2023 including serving as Co-Head from 2020 to 2023. There he led major initiatives in equity capital markets and advised hundreds of companies on public offerings and capital raising. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Mr. Beyer held senior roles in the Equity Capital Markets business at Citi from 1993 to 2005.

His commitment to philanthropy is evident in his extensive nonprofit experience, including board service and support for organizations such as DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) and the Westchester Children’s Museum. He is recognized for his dedication to empowering youth and advancing educational opportunities.

Mr. Beyer received an M.B.A. from New York University and holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
